A Leading international company Northrop Grumman appointed Amarelle to design, tender and build a new office facility in the UK.
This fully modern office project was the culmination of 12 months of planning and consultation with Amarelle providing detailed design specifications, mechanical and electrical consultancy and assistance with appropriate building choice.
Using our knowledge of buildings design and management functions and working closely with the Northrop Grumman Team, US and UK based we achieved an excellent level of design whilst also achieving the specific requirements this international client required.
On this occasion Amarelle offered an entire packaged service to our clients, from building assessment, through concept design, to tender, build out, furniture procurement and installation. Other services included, licence to alter and landlords approvals, M&E design, AV design, CDM Co-ordination, Building Control Services and UK client liaison.
